Three Gorges Capital launches green industry fund in Shandong

Three Gorges Capital, an investment arm of China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG), announced that it has set up a green investment fund in Shandong province on May 11 as part of a strategic partnership between local government and CTG.

The Three Gorges Green Industry (Shandong) Equity Investment Fund, led by Three Gorges Capital, is registered in Qingdao of Shandong province.

As a key initiative to implement the strategic partnership between CTG and Shandong Province, the new fund will focus on investment in areas across the green industry chain such as clean energy and eco-protection to promote the transition of local economy.
