Basai Water Pump Project completed

CTG announced that it has completed the Basai Water Pump Project in Jiujiang, one of its Yangtze River protection public-private partnership (PPP) projects.

The project is the largest pumping station in Jiangxi province and a major water discharge outlet in Jiujiang city.

As the Yangtze River basin was hit by sustained rainfall during the flooding season this year, the project discharged and drained a total of 350 million cubic meters from the inner lake, a volume that is equivalent to 24 times the size of the famous West Lake in Hangzhou, ensuring the safety of the lives and properties of local residents.
