Spring scenery of Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station in China's Zhejiang

Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station，built and owned by China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG), has the highest head for a pumped storage power plant in China.

As planned,the station will have six 350 MW reversible pump-turbine generating units with a total installed capacity of 2,100 MW,will rank third in size among all completed and ongoing constructions of pumped storage power plants in China.

It located in Anji County, Zhejiang Province,  will play a key role in optimizing the power supply structure and power grid operation in East China for greater economic effciency, stability and safety.
