CTG Brasil takes to Ilha Solteira (SP) the Project “Trail – The Art that Transforms”. With an incentive resource of R$ 1.9 million, the initiative is carried out with resources from the Rouanet Cultural Incentive Law.

There will be four exhibitions between June and December of this year. The exhibition that inaugurated the project, on June 11th, was “Águas de Araquém” (“Araquém Waters” in English), by photographer Araquém Alcântara.

Curated by researcher Rubens Fernandes Junior, the project brings together photographs that highlight water and its relationship with local people, in a representation of cultural and social diversity, as well as environment. The exhibition is open to the public until August 14th.

“We are very happy with this opportunity to develop, in Ilha Solteira, a project like Trilhar, which works simultaneously on several fronts of art and culture, proposing to leave a legacy for the municipality”, explains Salete da Hora, Brand Communication & Sustainability  Director of CTG Brasil.

“Trilhar's cultural and educational actions seek to provide benefits to the community and demonstrate social responsibility and the commitment to contribute to the development of the region”, explains Leila Gazzaneo, Executive Producer at Weimar, the executor of the project.

Until the end of the year, the Project foresees an intense program, which will feature lectures and cultural and educational workshops, covering various topics, from sustainability to citizenship, science, among others.
