“My favorite Chinese food is egg fried rice,” said Kamran Manzoor, one of the human resource managers of Karot Project.

Kamran, 33, who recently became a father, has realized that human resource management demands as much attention and enthusiasm as child care. Colleagues describe him as a “highly motivated, responsible and sincere” person. He is not only a link between employees and the company, but also a bridge between Chinese and Pakistani culture.

Kamran loves Chinese culture, and his favorite Chinese food is egg fried rice, “Chinese rice is tastier,” he said. He can also hum the melodies of many Chinese songs, with “Jasmine Flower” being one of his favorites. “I hope to visit China one day,” he said.
