Unit 16 of Xiluodu Hydropower Station, built and operated by CTG, has successfully cleared the black-start testing with an excellent performance of 8m57s, 17 seconds faster than the first test in 2020. This fully demonstrates the strong emergency response capability of the hydropower station, which can quickly ensure the restoration of power supply to the power grid.
