Wang Zhilin was awarded the 2023 "Mossoni Hydropower Outstanding Achievement Award" by the International Hydropower Association

Wang Zhilin, CTG’s veteran hydropower engineer and former director of the #Baihetan hydropower station construction department, was awarded the 2023 "Mossoni Hydropower Outstanding Achievement Award" by the International Hydropower Association.

This award acknowledges his contribution to promoting sustainable hydropower. He has devoted over 30 years to the construction of mega hydropower projects in China and has been involved in the Three Gorges Project, Xiluodu Hydropower Station and Baihetan Hydropower Station.

The award, named after Emil Mosonyi, founding president of the International Hydropower Association, recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to hydropower development, and promoted innovation and sustainable development in the hydropower industry.
