Peru-China Cultural Month kicks off in Peru

When Chinese Kung Fu meets jazz music, it heralds the kickoff of the Peru-China Cultural Month!

Themed "Exploring the CTG, Experiencing China", the Peru-China Cultural Month was recently launched in Lima, Peru. The event attracted over 200 participants, including representatives from the Chinese Embassy in Peru, Peruvian utility company Luz Del Sur and local communities.

The event featured detailed introductions to the Chinese tea culture experience and an exhibition of modern art combined with Chinese culture.

Students from the Confucius Institute at Ricardo Palma University performed Chinese Kung Fu, and the band led by Peruvian flutist César Peredo played jazz at the event.

The Peru-China Cultural Month aims to create a broader platform for cultural exchanges, thus fostering mutual understanding and trust, and facilitating future cooperation between Peru and China.
