CTG Europe’s seminar enhances cultural exchanges

CTG Europe recently held its first cross-cultural exchange seminar to enhance recognition of its corporate culture.

The event brought together over 10 participants, including the company's first six "cross-cultural envoys" and employees from different countries and regions.

Participants shared their understanding of the company's mission, vision, and values, as well as cultural exchange, and ways of communication.

With a diverse workforce of over 200 employees, CTG Europe places great importance on cultural diversity and promotes cross-cultural exchange, striving to create an inclusive, united, and friendly work environment.
