Final wind turbine foundation of CTG Brasil's Palmeira Wind Power Project completed

Recently, the final wind turbine foundation of CTG Brasil's Palmeira Wind Power Project was successfully poured, marking another major milestone of the project.

Additionally, the project’s 500 kV booster station and receiving station have entered the electrical installation phase, while 31 turbines have already been installed, laying a solid foundation for the project's early grid connection.

The Palmeira Wind Power Project features 108 wind turbines, each with an installed capacity of 6 MW, totaling 648 MW. Spanning an area of approximately 300 square kilometers, the project includes a 75-kilometer transmission line.

Once operational, it is expected to generate about 2.55 million MWh of clean electricity annually, saving approximately 779,000 tonnes of standard coal and reducing carbon emissions by about 2.13 million tonnes, thus providing high-quality clean energy to support local economic development.
