CTG releases over 26.5 mln rare, endemic fish into Yangtze River as conservation efforts advance

Meet the indigenous creatures in the Yangtze River! From the ancient Chinese Sturgeon to the Rhinogobio ventralis, these rare species are true treasures of this thriving river!
Over the years, CTG has been dedicated to conserving these rare and endemic fish in the Yangtze River. It has tackled technical bottlenecks in artificial breeding and fry cultivation for more than 20 species.
By the end of 2024, over 26.5 million rare and endemic fish have been released by CTG across the basin.
The flow of lucid water never ceases in the Yangtze River, nurturing lives and keeping the river dynamic. Let's work with CTG to protect the enduring vitality of the mighty Yangtze.
