Date: 2025-03-17

CTGers have recently taken part in multiple tree-planting activities in the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River drainage basin.
In the Three Gorges Dam area, over 80 young volunteers from CTG joined hands to plant more than 200 rare plants.
At the Xiangxi Rare Botanical Garden near the left bank of the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, CTGers reintroduced around 200 rare plants of five self-propagated species back into the wild.
At the Baihetan Dam area, CTGers planted golden trumpet tree saplings.
"We planted many Chinese yew trees, helping to protect these precious species," said a young CTGer.
Over the years, CTG has cultivated 290,000 rare plants and reintroduced 57,000 self-propagated saplings to both banks of the Yangtze River.
