CTG organizes an international course on Support Technologies and Systems for Hydropower Station and Reservoir Dispatch and Control

The short-term course on "Support Technologies and Systems for Hydropower Station and Reservoir Dispatch and Control," organized by CTG, recently commenced in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province.

As a key agenda item of the 28th Congress and 93rd Annual Meeting of the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD), the course brought together over 20 participants from 13 countries for training and field visits.

The course is designed to support hydropower stations, reservoir operation and management units, and power generation enterprises in advancing centralized remote control.

It aims to enhance multi-objective integrated dispatching, covering flood control, water supply, ecological protection, navigation, and power generation, while continuously improving the efficiency and intelligence of dispatch and control systems.
