CTG boosts wind and solar power operations to combat heatwaves across China

As scorching heatwaves sweep across China, CTG is ramping up efforts at its wind and solar power stations to ensure a steady energy supply and help keep millions cool during the summer heat.

At the Dongshan Offshore Solar Project in Fujian, southeastern China, drones are being deployed for smart monitoring, enhancing load forecasting and early warnings.

Meanwhile, on Inner Mongolia's grasslands, the Ulanqab green power demonstration project is utilizing flexible dispatching.

Power stations in Jilin, Shanxi, Jiangsu, and other regions are adapting to local conditions, combining remote monitoring with off-peak operations to ensure stable equipment performance and a reliable energy supply.
