Celebrating Qixi: CTG embraces love, devotion, and reunion by Yangtze River

Date: 2025-08-29

The Qixi Festival, China’s most romantic traditional festival, commemorates the legendary Cowherd and Weaver Girl who meet once a year across a "magpie bridge"—a timeless symbol of love and longing for a happy life.

Along the Yangtze River, in front of the mighty Three Gorges Dam, the rushing waters form a backdrop to stories of devotion and protection.

On this Qixi Festival, CTG released a poster to highlight the enduring traditions of love and reunion.
