Garibaldi HPP: Green power in Santa Catarina, Brazil

Located in Santa Catarina, Brazil, the Garibaldi HPP has an installed capacity of 191.9 MW from four units. Since entering operation in 2013, it has delivered stable clean power, generating about 745 million kWh in 2025.

Since 2021, CTG Brasil has partnered with local NGOs to implement the Usina de Negócios pilot program, supporting agriculture and livestock development while helping local farmers and small entrepreneurs increase income and boost community vitality.
