Where solar meets green — Spring maintenance at Dazhaitan PV Station

The 100MW Dazhaitan photovoltaic (PV) project is CTG's first integrated "power generation + ecological management" project in Gansu province. This facility integrates photovoltaic power generation with sea buckthorn cultivation, utilizing recycled wastewater from PV panel cleaning for irrigation.

The PV arrays serve as windbreaks to reduce surface wind speeds, while the foundation piles stabilize shifting sand. Combined with the drought-resistant root systems of the sea buckthorn, the infrastructure and vegetation form an ecological barrier, significantly improving the regional environment through long-term windbreak and sand fixation.
