Equipping the nation's heavy equipment with "intelligent armor"

At the Three Gorges Hub, two intelligent spraying robots are undertaking anti-corrosion work on metal components, a job that once needed to be done manually. Through algorithm reconstruction, millimeter-level precision calibration and repeated testing, the robots can adapt to complex structures such as large gates and dense trash racks, delivering high-cleanliness, ensuring uniform and dense coating results and significantly improving spraying coverage.

The robots reduce workers' exposure to high-dust environments and promote the standardization of anti-corrosion operations in hydropower stations.
