At the Yichang Waste-to-Energy Project in Hubei province, a high-fidelity 3D digital replica maps the entire process — from waste reception and incineration to flue-gas treatment and leachate processing — and exchanges data with the physical plant in real time, enabling operators to monitor the whole facility and adjust key equipment from a single screen.
